What if I still want to enjoy cows’ milk?
Alongside all the dairy-free alternatives on the market, there is a growing range of lactose-free products, which are all still made with cows’ milk, just minus the lactose! Arla has one-such range of lactose-free products within their Lactofree brand. Here is their website:
In addition to having product ranges on their website, they also have recipes and an elimination diet plan – although you should really consult a health practitioner first before you cut out lactose. However, this could give you an idea if you would benefit from seeing a health professional about possible lactose intolerance.
